1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryLoad (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoryLoad is a B2B video publishing platform that enables content creators and agencies to schedule and publish pre-recorded short-form video content to connected social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and VK Video.

The Service is currently invite-only and available exclusively to approved business users. Access is granted at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using StoryLoad, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Connections and Third-Party Platforms

The Service allows you to connect your third-party social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, YouTube). By connecting an account, you:

• Authorize StoryLoad to publish content to that platform on your behalf using the permissions you grant via OAuth.
• Confirm that you have the right to publish the content you submit and that it complies with the third-party platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
• Acknowledge that StoryLoad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform.
• Accept that third-party platforms may modify or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality.

5. TikTok Integration — Specific Terms

Our integration with TikTok uses the TikTok Content Posting API. By using TikTok-connected features, you agree to:

• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Only publish original content for which you hold all necessary rights and licenses.
• Not use the Service to upload spam, misleading content, hate speech, or any content that violates TikTok's policies.
• Not use the Service for bulk or automated uploads beyond what is approved for your account.

6. Content Policy

You agree not to submit, upload, or publish through the Service any content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is spam or constitutes bulk, unsolicited communication
• Promotes illegal activities or endangers minors

StoryLoad reserves the right to refuse to publish or remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Manual Review Requirement

All content submitted through StoryLoad must be manually reviewed and approved by an authorized team member before publishing. Automated or unattended bulk publishing is not permitted. You agree to maintain adequate human oversight of all content published through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant StoryLoad a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., publishing it to the platforms you have designated).

The StoryLoad platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of StoryLoad. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoryLoad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or profits resulting from a failed or delayed publication
• Changes to third-party platform APIs that affect Service functionality
• Account suspension or content removal by third-party platforms
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and we may delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
